Wholesale Terms and Conditions
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
The minimum opening order is $250. The minimum reorder is $100. There is no unit minimum.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Due to the abrupt closing of Etsy Wholesale, we are currently working to build a wholesale storefront on this website. Until the storefront is ready, we will accept orders via email and then invoice through Square or Paypal.
Payment is due before shipping.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Wholesale pottery is made to order and typically ready to ship in 4 to 6 weeks. During high volume times, a longer lead time may be necessary. We will request your approval of a long wait if necessary before we invoice your order.
SHIPPING
Most orders ship via FedEx Ground. All damage claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted.
CONSIGNEMENT ACCOUNTS
